Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days for processing or shipping times.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our shipping partner's website.

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using USPS. However, express and overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
Our shipping partners will typically leave packages in a safe location or with a neighbor. For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.
Can I track my international order?
Yes, all international orders include tracking information. However, tracking may be limited once the package enters the destination country's postal system.
