- Items in original, unused condition
- Items with all original packaging and tags
Non-returnable items:
- Prescription glasses (custom-made items)
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items without original packaging
How to Return Your Order

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund:

Refund Methods:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your statement. For PayPal payments, funds will be returned to your PayPal account.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different style, size, or color. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns:
